local raw honey preferably that has not been strained very hard to get unless you have your own bees you might also try eating pollen that has been produced locally.

Isn't local pollen the problem?

why you look for local raw honeys because they contain very small amounts of pollen collected from the local area that you seem to be suffering allergies from. The reason why it is so hard to get the right honey/pollen is because you need honey not only from the right area but also the right time of year and most surplus honey crops are from the summer but many allergies are spring flowering plants when there is very little surplus honey. The best way to get the right stuff is to be a beekeeper and snack while you work all through the year just another thought on aquiring immunities I knew a lady that would eat a tick that had sucked her blood to try to avoid the diseases that the tick could spread dont believe it myself sounds a bit to much like witchcraft. somebody may have some real research as to weather that could work but there has been a lot done on honey and pollen for allergies |

Just as you can buy local honey you can often buy local bee pollen. you can add a little to your food.

I had terrible allergies and sinus issues 5 yrs ago. Always caught flu and colds that were going around. Did the allergy shots for months, and considered sinus surgery.
A nasal irrigator (google it) "cured" me. Takes about 1 min in the am, and, no kidding, haven't been sick in 5 years. Really. Stopped all of the shots and medications. |

Saline spray, simple salt solution. Causes the mucus membranes to flush the salt out plus the allergens.
